This is a picture of mental illness. This is what is used in my household to treat mental illness. Replace those pill bottles with pain medication or antibiotics and you’re suddenly treating a different illness.

My family has suffered with mental illness for several years now. I have no shame in telling people that. My goal is to #endthestigma around mental illness. Mental illness is nothing more than an illness/sickness in the brain. When society begins to recognize mental illness as a real and true illness, we can begin to end the stigma.
